Here at Peckforton Castle, surrounded by 4000 acres of forest, we had a wedding for the lovely couple Adam and Chloe. The location of their beautiful day was like something out of a fairytale!
The day didn’t begin just as you walked through those magnificent double doors, but much further back with the drive up through the forest and the portcullis that protects the grounds.
We loved styling this venue, especially as the sunshine was on everyone’s side. Over 300 floating, tea light and pillar candles created a visionary ambience full of enchanting light. The tables were veiled in champagne coloured sequin cloths, completed with our clear glass candelabras and big fresh domes full of roses, gypsophilia and hydrangea flowers created by Laurel Weddings as the centre pieces. To top off the room the team added a 3.8m floor standing wisteria tree surrounded by a cluster of candles and glass lanterns with tea lights inside hanging from the branches by delicate silver wiring.
Standing back and taking in the finished creation with its warm and charming atmosphere. We were sure any prince and princess would love to celebrate their wedding day here. In the bride’s own words ‘’I walked in to our wedding breakfast room at Peckforton WOW WOW it looked out of this world!!!!!! All my wedding party was so shocked at how amazing the room looked. Even my husband couldn’t believe it. I got the wow factor I was after when people walked in to the room. If I was to do my wedding all over again Mel would be the first thing I’d book. The candles, the trees, the table cloths AMAZING’’.
What do you think of this sparkling wedding decor?
